Superb quality, two part construction, bottom done in a form of a slant front desk, and the top featuring two l doors. Palatial sized, arching dome top , when opened it reveals shelves, drawers and doors matching the ones inside the desk below. The bookcase and desk interiors are one of the nicest you will ever see, mahogany and heavenly carvings match the great quality gilt tooled leather writing surface. Original hardware is present, keys and functioning locks.
